Can You Help Me?

I’m looking for help for my child

Children are resilient. I have seen firsthand how Play Therapy can be the bridge to help parents and children get back on the same page and work together to navigate life transitions.

Children often face big life events while their vocabulary is still developing. Play Therapy creates a safe space for children to explore their experiences and emotions without judgment and with an additional source of support.

I’m looking for help for my teen

From communication issues related to developing independence, life changes, or questions around identity - I am committed to working with you to support your teen and your family through this formative stage of development.

Are you a teen looking for support that feels like a good match? I feel you on that!

When I was a teen, I searched through countless therapist profiles until I found one and thought, “they get me.”

You are unique and you deserve to have someone help you achieve healthy relationships with those around you. We can work together to help lift the weight that you are carrying during this formative (and crazy) time.

Please email eddie@210Counseling.com or call 210-999-5224 to schedule an appointment.

I’m looking for help for myself

Are you feeling unsure about how to move forward or what the next step “should” be?

Has a life event left you feeling numb, incomplete, or at a loss?

Are you comfortable with therapy and your feelings, but looking to deepen your level of understanding and increase your overall wellness?

I take my role as a partner in your journey very seriously. We will collaborate to develop an individualized plan that moves you towards your goals while making the most of the relationships and opportunities available to you.
